1. Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your ALL Terrain Vehicle (ATV). We take

pride in offering you this product engineered and manufactured to the highest

performance and quality standards. We are sure that you will enjoy superior

levels of performance, reliability, riding comfort, and safety.

This manual is provided to help the owner and operators of this ATV become

familiar with the operating characteristic, and the many features offered on the

ATV. The manual also covers information on the care and maintenance of your

ATV.

Please read this manual carefully. The information contained in this Owner’s

Manual, the Warning Labels supplied with this product will help you to

understand the safe use and maintenance of your ATV. Make sure that you

understand and follow all Warnings and Instructions in this material.

If you did not receive any of the material listed above, please call your dealer

and request to have them sent to you.

Important Safety Notice

Never make any modifications to the engine, drive system, mechanical or

electrical systems of your ATV. Never install aftermarket parts or accessories

intended to increase the speed or power of your ATV.

Failure to follow these warnings increases the possibility of accidents leading

to DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY!

Additionally, failure to follow these requirements will void the Warranty on your

ATV.

NOTE

The addition and use of certain accessories including, (but not limited to)

mowers, blades, sprayers, winches and windshields will change the handling

characteristics and the performance of your ATV.

federal/national riding laws and requirements.

AN ATV CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO OPERATE. An ATV handles

differently from other vehicles including motorcycles and cars. A collision

И так квадр собран, но перед началом его эксплуатации нужно все болтовые соединения капитально протянуть, а также заменить все тех.жижи. Для этого были закуплены: антифриз TOTACHI 2 литра, трансмиссионное масло mannol 75w90 2 литра и масло для двигателя motul atv utv expert 4t 10w40 также 2 литра.

С заменой масел в редукторах и раздатке ни каких проблем, тупо откручиваются сливные и заливные пробки. В редуктора влезло примерно по 250 грамм масла, а вот в раздатку чуть больше литра.

В раздатку заливается через щуп.

С заменой масла в двигателе также ни каких проблем. Снизу откручивается сливная пробка, под которой прячется фильтр-сеточка, а заливается также через щуп. Кстати, полноценного масляного фильтра у этого двигателя нет, по этой причине интервал замены масла в двигателе гораздо меньше, чем у двигателей, где установлен масляный фильтр. Этот момент нужно учитывать. Мануал говорит, что масло в двигателе меняется через 30 моточасов.

Антифриза в системе тоже что-то в районе 2-х литров. Сливал его тупо сняв патрубок с блока двигателя, ибо сливных кранов не предусмотрено.

А вот с заливкой есть небольшие трудности. Заливная горловина радиатора находится под пластиковым кожухом-капотом, который так просто не снимается, но все возможно поменять и без снятия, главное сноровка.

Рукой можно подлезти и снять крышку радиатора, а через технологическую щель пластикового кожуха при помощи воронки антифриз спокойно заливается в систему.

Также были прошприцованы все крестовины карданов (всего их 3 штуки, два на переднем и одна на заднем). Также шприцуются шаровые на передних стойках, это огромный плюс, может походят подольше.

И так, квадрик обслужен, теперь же настала очередь его эксплуатации, а вернее обкатки двигателя…
